The role
As part of the groups continued expansion, the role of Automotive Business Development Specialist has become available. The role will play a critical part in developing new business opportunities, whilst maintaining and increasing existing customer orders across Germany.
Job Description
• Identifying and developing new key customers in Germany while working with automotive OEMs and tier 1s
• Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategy to increase revenue and acquire new clients in automotive industry
• Working closely with RD to design new products meeting exact requirements of customers
• Assisting in the development of future product offerings based on market and customer feedback gained.
• Seek out new opportunities at the customer with existing products or new products for continuous business growth
• Developing long term relationships with identified target customers.
• The retention and growth of some existing accounts by identifying profitable revenue opportunities and excellent customer service.
• Assisting in the development of future product offerings based on market and customer feedback gained.
• Represent the company and the brand with the highest levels of customer service, loyalty and integrity at all times.
• Attend conferences, exhibitions and other events that may have a positive impact on the brand or customer / prospect opportunities.
• To become a valued and important member of the sales team ensuring you are an authority within your region helping to keep the company ahead of the competition.
Profile
• Skills and Qualifications ;
• Min 10 years sales experience (sales and business development raw materials )
• Preferably chemical engineering degree
• German is must , good level of English also
